Como as PME\u2019s representam 99,8% de todas as empresas na UE, s\u00e3o e continuar\u00e3o a empregar estudantes do Ensino Vocacional da atualidade.\r\nAl\u00e9m disso, muitas empresas afirmam que os jovens que saem da educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o est\u00e3o preparados para o mercado de trabalho. H\u00e1 uma escassez global de profissionais que deixa empresas e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es em risco. Al\u00e9m disso, a falta de consciencializa\u00e7\u00e3o entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral tamb\u00e9m deixa cada um de n\u00f3s em risco.\r\nIt is therefore necessary to address these issues.
