As part of the European Cybersecurity Month and the AWARE project,on Friday, October 13th, at Gospodarska zbornica Slovenije we are organizing CYBER Day & Night 2023.
- At 1 p.m., the CYBER Day conference begins, targeting both general public and expert community – representatives of schools, universities, companies, public administration, students and pupils… We will start with an inspiring lecture by Uroš Svete, PhD, Urad Vlade Republike Slovenije za informacijsko varnost – URSIV, on the key role of cyber security in today’s education and workplace, continued with insights into innovative approaches to awareness and protection developed within the AWARE project, and concluded with two simultaneous interactive workshops.
- At 15:30 there will be a reception and networking with experts in the field of cyber security!
- CYBER Night starts at 16:00 (for the sixth time in a row ), a CTF competition targeting information security enthusiasts and everyone else who would like to try their hand at this field!
This year, in addition to the CTF competition, there will also be an introductory lecture specially designed for beginners in the field of cyber security (the lecture will be held simultaneously with the competition, so you can only register for one or the other).
